'Deal with what you feel' powerful!, so you mean we should pay more attention to our feelings , we should ask ourself why we feel that way we do, recognising the root couse of the feeling, by doing that we'll know what to do or take necessary steps to change the way we feel, but not using food as substitute, point to take home here is, change is not easy, but necessary!great for maintaining balanced healthy lifestyle.
